AH-56 Cheyenne in 1/40
This is a big bird, measuring some 18 inches long. Still working hard on it and will show more pics.

Very nice work so far! Seams are invisible, shape is smooth.

It's looking excelent. I know this is under the OddBall-orama, but you guys still might want to post a linkg to where you got is in case a casual viewer, who does not understand the reference, might buy the model, and Aaron could make get some more sales. Especially looking at how fine this craft looks.

Thnaks guys, as a matter of fact, sidewinder81777 has just posted his build a couple of days ago, but at a reduced scale. It isn't too late to say that this model can be purchased from eCardmodels.com under OBP's production. BTW, what I have in mind to make all rotors spin and wheels rotate.

I've been here for a long time, but have just started peeking my head out of my PASA home, and I don't mind admitting I'm a "casual viewer" and don't really know what we're talking about. I just know these "Oddball-o-rama" models seem to be consistantly awesome. EDIT - Ok, I just saw Papermate's post, so I know where the model came from. Now, please someone explain the "Oddball-o-rama" thing! Thanks. Mike Last edited by WeeVikes; 03-24-2012 at 07:00 AM. Reason: I didn't look closely enough thru the whole thread... |

This big bird is about to be finished. Here's a pic to show the relative size of the Cheyenne comparing to others in the same scale of 1/40. For me, I'd rather build them small in 1/200 to save space.
