Clean build, watching, road wheels and tracks scare me from tracked vehicles, but watching you might get me over the hump, and as I told another here, you both got me wanting to try a ole friend of mine. We will see! Rick:D

It really looks good, Douglas.
This was an interesting little tank and the model gives a chance to see what it might have looked like if it had gone into production. I look forward to hearing about your adventures with the wheels. Don |

Thanks Don and Rick.
Well, after much colourful language and sore fingers I have most of the wheel parts cut out. I have assembled a few and overall those have gone together pretty well. The triangular reinforcement pieces on the drive sprockets (#1) were not acute enough. A little trimming eliminated the gap where they meet the axle. The diameter of the cone covers (#2) on the road wheels are about 1mm too large. More trimming required and only seven more of those to build. There are also some idler/track tensioning wheels to build. They are pretty simple but you never know. Looking ahead to attaching all the wheels to the tank so that they actually can support the weight will require some thought. ~Cheers |

Very nice-looking wheels and sprockets, Douglas. I think you are going to have a real little beauty of a tank when you are finished.
There is something about this particular tank and your model that really appeals to me. Encouraged by your experience of the build, I'm seriously thinking of getting one of these to try to build to give to our Polish son in law. Don |

Don - thanks again. Based on what I have done so far I can recommend this kit to anyone with a basic understanding of paper modeling. It has gone together well with only minor trimming and expected sanding required.
Glen - thank-you. I posted the cover here OTDAEBT Revisited but here is a better picture. I probably should have started the thread with it. |

Even though kit design is nice it wouldn't come good without your skill.
Nice wheel build |

Yu, Glen thanks for the compliments. I am still building wheels and some of the smaller pieces. I'll try and post more pictures later today.
