I would like to inform the masses that I have started to take knife to paper.

I have cut out all those pieces I think need to be "formed" up, bulkheads, tail rotor parts, main rotor parts.

I have also internalized a few of the subassemblies, the cockpit being one of the main ones.

some of the parts still scare the crap outta me, never gone that small/tight/unsupported.

But then again Patton said it best, A good plan executed violently now is better than a perfect plan executed next week.

might as well jump in and see where the ship beaches(translated dutch saying)

Rick

The best laid plans.......

I have some set back on the model, Sunday was supposed to be the day that I would get around to starting the model.

But alas, my sense of duty has taken over, and I will be assisting my mother in learning a knitting machine, as I am the tech geek of the family.

PM me if have any head scratching questions. It's been a long time but my mom went through 3 generations knitting machines semi-professionally.

Shrike, mom asked me if you wanted to come to the east, they would feed ya

I think I got the main parts of the machine down, just need to repeat a bit more often.

I just finished up the Komatsu D155AX Dozer, from Canon Japan.
I had started it prior to me getting into the whole Old Troll build thing
I will post some pictures of the dozer later today(tuesday morning early for me)

I will be starting the Cobra finally

COOOOOOOOO-BRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(G.I. Joe cartoon reference)
