I'm partial to twice cooked pork. Say, if you reheat it, is it then thrice cooked or quadruple cooked?

I like the steamed dumplings. The dipping sauce that usually comes with them is gooood to.

I must say, this thread absolutely confuses the H-E double hockey sticks out of me. But, I really like the orange peel chicken from a local place here.
