The Toy Box
Most of the things I build are "not ready for prime time" but I get a kick out of them anyway. I figured if I like them, maybe some of you will too.
This thread is not just for me, I invite you all to post pictures of ANYTHING you build out of paper or card stock whether you think it is worthy or not. Don't be shy, not all of us are "masters" there will be no critique, this is just for fun. If you built it, I want to see it. Posting links to the toys are encouraged. My first entry to this thread is this Knight toy I repainted for my wife. I changed the face and the shield. You can find the actual toy at this LINK I apologize for any religious references.

My son's rugrats were disapointed that I wouldn't let them play with these ... 'cos they're too fragile ...
But they were delighted when I gave them a bag full of plastic minions I just got through from China. I've got a few more Minions on the drawing board, but I'm on a temporary build time-out due to chemo damaged hands. I WILL be back though.

Not toys, but a couple of calendars that get lots of use.
The first is a dodecahedron with the months of the year on each face. Given out to people so they can have a handy reference for appointments and things to do. It is around 4.25 inches from face to face through the center or around 6 inches from one vertice to the opposite vertice. The next one is a four cube calendar with custom graphics modified from a blank calendar file. Many have been made for folks requesting some other kind of graphic. Each cube is 1 inch.

I love your calendars, very useful and also a terrific gift idea for a New Years card to send to friends, family or business friends. They are perfect!

@JohnM, It looks like you built every paper minion available...thanks for your post! What is that critter on the far right?
p.s. hope your hands heal rapidly! @SCEtoAUX, It doesn't really have to be a toy, just a theme idea. Like that dodecawhatchamacallit, looks handy. Like the marble(?) one too, though my brain is having trouble with the math for the dates. Thanks for posting! I have more to share but it must wait until after my morning appointment. Have a wonderful morning.

There's three more Minions on the work desk (Darth Vader and two Storm troopers), but I'm having finger trouble finishing the fiddly bits . There's also a few more Super-heroes in my WIP design folder, and I've also stumbled across a Minions facebook page that will throw up several more. Here's a few not in the earlier picture ....

Ray's Raven can be made into quite a good model with a bit of pimping.
These are half size and double size versions of it ... Quite a bit of seam burnishing and edge colouring is needed, and hard stuffing with tissue paper helps to maintain the rounded shapes.
