At this point I stripped everything down, cleaned it and carried out any touch up painting.





Once I was happy that all paint etc was dry I assembled the clock.
I inserted a battery and checked how it ran. after a few days I checked the time and it runs perfectly.





The model is now finished and ready for a display stand which will come later. For now I can display it around the house until this is made:





I do like this as a display stand though, they so go together!!

Thanks, this actual Replica is for someone. The new owners name and Initials are actually on the face but as not to spoil the surprise I’ve removed them from these pics (just in case he comes across it). The face actually looks nicer with writing on it in the Sinn font.
