Gaming Dice Tower
In addition to modeling, I also game. Casual games (Seasons, 7 Wonders, etc), RPGS, Historical board games, historical miniatures, sci fi (Star Fleet Battles), you name, I've played it, or am playing it now...
Lots of games involve dice throws. Keeping them corralled is tough. Sure, you can use a box lid, but some of them are BIG! So, I decided to build the "Ultimate Dice Tower" from Fat Dragon Games. It has a bigger footprint than I would like, but I'm pretty happy with how it turned out... |

Nice job Greg! Looks like it would accommodate most sizes of dice.

Nice dice tower.
I have built a few of those from various vendors and have given them to people that play a lot of RPG type games with lots of dice throws. They really appreciate them. Like you mentioned those dice towers help keep the dice corraled. I have used one while playing games like Risk, Monopoly, and Clue.

Your dice tower is beautiful.
I should try building one some day. |
