The process for rounding wheels like above is pretty simple lillorizzo, you simply glue the stack of discs together and insert a nail or bolt through it, and secure the wheel to the bolt (you can use nuts and washers for this). Then you insert the whole assembly into a dremel or drill and spin the whole thing. As the wheel is spinning, use sandpaper to shape it to a nice round contour. Making sure the wheel is well affixed to the nail/bolt is important so you get a smooth sanding action - if the bolt spins in the wheel, then the wheel will just stop when you apply pressure with the sandpaper.

Hello Tunny,

a very nice ensemble; the tyre should be a little bit smaller ...

With lovely greetings

Absolutely marvellous work - i just love items made from anything you can get your hands on, and YOU show you have a mastery of that. Can't wait to see more updates.

I based on the wheelbarrow of the Schtroumpfs (the little blue creatures live in the jungle) maybe it doesn't match well with the reality :D

It's so hot these days and I cannot stay long at my desk. And here, a little progress with "The simplest flower-pot"

I cut out an arc (same center, different radius)

Roll and cut it

Glue it

And the result

Ok, that hat is now the coolest thing ever made out of paper. Now you just need a little scale gardener to wear it!

Schtroumpfs or the Smurfs - my favourites. Great work and I hope to see one papier mache blue smurf too. :-)
