The "garden" is still in the box, I quit playing paper model and follow making miniatures with different materials. But I love paper.
Thank you

Magnificent craftsmanship! I, too, would be interested in learning more about your materials and methodology.

Thumbs up

Very nice. You need a shaving horse to go with that drawknife.

Thank you for your kind words.
I read books and learnt metalsmithing (jewelry) by trial and error by making metal miniatures like weapons, tools, garden tools or whatever gives me inspiration. I combine all material I could find around: wood, nails, brass, silver and gems.
All my method is from jewelry so all tools I used are jeweler's tools: files, saw, torch, wax.

The anvil and the blacksmith vise are made by lost-wax casting, the drawknife i "forged" from a washer (you can see the process below)

Have a nice day and keep modelling !

Nice technique to make the draw knife. Is there a froe in the future?

Saw, hatchet, froe, wooden mallet, shaving horse, draw knife. A basic tool set to make pert near anything.
