Kaminarimon gate

Last tatebanko for this moment...
It come from the museum of fine arts of Boston, and is attributed to Hokusai.

Tapcho have built it before, here. And it's when I read this thread that my interrest for tatebanko wake up ! Thanks Tapcho !

As you can see, Tapcho and I haven't took the same options... And that's interresting : two points of view for the same subject.

Very good, Pat! Once again, very good work, and I like the arrangement of the figures. Your base is also excellent; I think your choice of colors for the base is good, as it sets off the colors of the objects very well.

Your model photographs are consistently very good, and they make it easy to appreciate your work.

Hi Pat, this looks great. I built mine in a hurry and comparing to yours make me shame. I like your base better, the sandy ground really lifts up the scene better and the black trim closes the presentation in a more stylish way - kinda japanese way I'd say. Good work and every time nice to see more Tatebankos.
