I love the Lord of the rings and the hobbit book(s)/movies! This must have taken a few years to build and plan. Is she like a master architect or something?

A very impressive and complete scratchbuild. I thoroughly enjoyed looking at the pictures.

#1 Bagshot Row?
My wife would think me such a geek if I built that (secretly she'd love it though, she just would say it). Kiddo would think it epic.

Not quite Bag End, but quite impressive: Man Builds Awesome Hobbit House For $5,000

On the original topic, that is an amazing piece of work. I really like the static grass - I've used powdered grass before for train layouts but never knew about the static trick to get it to stand on end. Very cool.

Is that Bag End diagram from the original book or a creation from the movie? Either way, a paper version of this would be epic!
