Well, I built the paper model of the Terrafugia Transition. It was a bit fiddly with the small curves and suspension pieces. I'd imagine this one would be even more of a pain to design and then try to build. Very cool concept though.
I saw that Terrafugia has a new design out. Pretty futuristic. And for a flying car company, that's saying something The TF-X? | Terrafugia
