Prototype Van in Southern Indiana?

While planning a trip, I found a picture on Google Maps of what appears to be a prototype van, being tested in southern Indiana. Looks like it is designed for good control on slush covered roads. Here is screen capture.

Maybe someone here on the forum can make a paper model of this 6wheeler.

I bet it could be used to transport a lot of cats.

I agree with Greg, it is a Kia Soul, photographed by one of the Google Maps/Streetview vehicles, and because of stitching of the images, the car looks like it has 6 wheels.

Continuity of buildings is more important than the cars which will not be there when someone visits
