Geocaching

Anyone into this? In essence, a 21st century treasure hunt

I've just got into it and boy is it addictive!

I can't believe there's all these little 'treasures' around to find and log, even in busy urban environments.

Found one near where I work, just on a train station bridge - all this time and there was one hidden from view. Good fun!

Geocaching is fun, but
I also like letterboxing. It has a more creative aspect.

Very interesting. I would advise only looking for "treasures" in the daytime, in non secluded areas accompanied by friends, if you are really young. This is just the law enforcement side of me, and knowing the "modus operandi" of the freaky people on this planet.

geocaching is great! I have 10 caches within 2 miles of my house, and over 250 in the whole city. Many are right off the bike trails, so I'll usually pick one or two of them to check on during a good ride. Some folks have found them and destroyed them. What a shame.

Been doing it for a while and enjoy it!

Have you any Travel Bugs?

Shall we try and get a Travel Bug to each other?

I've been doing it for a while. Always wondered how to incorporate paper models in the cache.
