It is official

OK, given I somehow dinged my model during transit. And given I only completed with two other plastic submarine models in the category. It is official, my Submarine 707R paper model is a award winning model at Mesquite TX IPMS models show. Woohoo! I'll take it! Thank you very much!

Good on you, Goodduck. Time to make the plasticers stand to and take notice.

Well Done and warm Congratulations GoodDuck!
It is most certainly a well-earned Award, and one that furthers our hobby, as well as rewards your design and building skills.

Kind and Respectful Regards GoodDuck my friend, Uyraell

Congratulations.
It is a very well deserved recognition to your skills both as a modeler and as a designer.
Thanks for sharing the news with us.

thank you so much guys. I just got lucky only 3 models including my in the submarine category. so I only won 3rd by default. it would be great shame for me if i don't even get 3rd place. but, 3rd place is 3 place, I'll happily take it. LOL!

Woooohoooo!

Congratulations on the win Allen. There should be a class or category for models that are "designed and built" by entrant...,

Best regards, +Gil

Good show, well done!

As for taking 3rd out of three entries The judges do not have to award a 3rd or for that matter a 2nd they can give a craftsmanship award if the model is flawed.
Allen you won 3rd fare and square.

Jim Nunn
