Hey Mike, looks like interesting material to work with. Were did you get it from?

That's pretty cool Mike. How do you work with it? Do you have to bake it in the oven?

Very interesting stuff! How do you work with it? Heat or does the air harden it?
Is it flexible when done ? Mike |

Called polymorph in the UK.
Melts in hot water (60 degrees celsius), to a soft plasticine density, hardens back to hard plastic. It's really a bit like reusable nylon, 'cept you wouldn't use it for bearings obviously. Great for making quick molds, if you put it in boiling water it sticks to metals like glue. Hard to file, it's like nylon. Forgot to mention - you can colour it by kneading in acrylic paints. |
