A Request
One of the "other things" that I like to do is collect vintage balsa models. I have collected a number of North Pacific gliders and now I would like to create some reproductions of these great old flyers. The part that is unique and nearly impossible to duplicate is the plastic clip that joined the wings to the fuselage.
If anyone has some of these things lying around I would love to get my hands on them. Thanks in advance, Curt |

Hiya Curt,
Can you show us some detail pictures. I very much doubt I will find any here in Malaysia but we may be able to give some advice on a replacement. |

Maybe someone with a 3D printer can create these for you.........or you could try shipways 3D printing..........

Have you checked whether the clip on any of the current Guillow's models will work? Still available and cheap.

Thanks for the suggestions. I've attached a pic of the NP Astro-Gnat glider showing the plastic wing clip. I suppose I could ask one of the engineering students at AB-Tech if they would like to take on clip making as a challenge.

This website tells about North Pacific but does not tell how to get or make the clips:
