Quadcopter

So this is my combined Xmas and Birthday present from family .. (they all chipped in) .. came as various kits and parts and had to build it , added my own special touch with a nice body/canopy to go onto it..
just waiting on a few more bits.. and nice weather..

Nice! I like the body and canopy you added. Do you have to register it like we in the US have to do now?

no rules here in the U.K yet .. only giudlines to follow .. mostly common sense things..
But if its above a certain weight and you intend to use for ariel photography(commercially) you have to get a F.A.A license..

edit..C.A.A license .. i was close lol...

  • Fly within 50m (164 ft) of any person
Currently, drones of under 20kg can be used within line of sight (LOS) of the operator"

The problem with drones here in the US is a total lack of common sense among the operators. Hence the need for regulations and registry. That is a beautiful modification on yours.
