Further Education, Or Rick will be busy for a while

Hi all,

I was just notified that I have been accepted in to the Masters of Science in GIS Management at Salisbury University, in Salisbury Maryland.

It is a 25 month part time program, done 100% online.

The program is focused on the Public Administration side of GIS work.
As some of you might remember, I am a Cartographer, and GIS stands for Geographic Information Systems, which is one of many tools I use, but it is the biggest hammer in my toolbox.

I will be starting classes in June, and for two years I will be dedicated to this.

I will have time to model, and to be involved with the forum, so don't think you will get rid of me that easy.

I just wanted to share with my extended family the good news.

Rick

Congratulations on your acceptance into the program, and good luck with all of your coursework!

P.S. I work for a GIS company across the river (aka mainland VA); if you ever need a new job, we're always looking for good people (and we offer tuition reimbursement) :D

Congratulations, Rick. This is good news.

Enjoyed spending time with you and seeing your models over the weekend at Army Heritage Days.

That's great news Rick and congratulations are certainly in order! I'd be interested myself if I wasn't retired already. ;P
