You meant this? If there’s a template, I’d love to try a roasted piglet model.

No.19 MSZ-006 Z Gundam
No.19 in this series of soda can models is the Z Gundam that was supposed to be a group build by 7 people, beginners, who would like to share the experience of building in cans. However, it ended up I have to do almost 99% of the job in view of their inexperience in this kind of hobby.
Wonder if anyone has ever built this Z Gundam which is a free download from a Japanese site but I can't recall where. After completing the robot less the armours and wings, I found that something was wrong as the way the chest and waist were linked made the robot looked like it was a midget and hands (rolled fists) reaching down beyond the knee. That looked more like a chimpanzee. So I copied the chest part and modified it to become the abdomen part and the robot looks much better now in the acceptable proportion. This is part one showing the parts that are posable because I have put in magnets at the joints. The wings and some other weapons are still in the build process and will be shown at a later stage...........well, who knows what will come up again to jump the queue! |

Part 2 showing more of the robots joining together. Must say that the instructions are less than clear and lots of guess work were needed and reference to pictures on the net was/is necessary.

And Part three showing the poses. When the project started, no body cared about the use of colour cans and the major concern was to cut out the templates only!
