That character is "Architect", I built her over a years ago when I was traveling so I didn't make video and the Unit 16 was designed to attach to one of her weaponset.

I missed out on a lot of the Japan-Anime specific kit info during the late 80's and 90's, even the magazines out here carried very little info, because they are focused on the Nth American-European market.
