Dear Texman:
Bread flour from Amish Bulk foods, Yeast from Canada Bulk Foods, Dough Conditioner from Local Bakery, Morten Kosher salt, water from the great lakes. See the rolls, what is left of them.
Enjoy,
Miles

Dear Friends:
There is some thing about finally ending with better materials to make a much better product. In this case real bread flour rather than all purpose flour, Go to a bakery and buy dough conditioner by the pound for $3.00 rather than on line for $10.00 plus shipping , Getting Pound of yeast for $3.75 rather than little packets of yeast. I have been using a raw sugar kind of a light tan color.
Stay healthy,
Miles

Awesome bread there!!! I can feel the freshness and the warmth from this side of the screen!

I baked some sesame Tapioca bread first thing in the morning!! They sell mixtures at the stores, and we ordered a few boxes so we can slowly consume them slowly, but obviously that didn't go quite as we had planned... I absolutely love this bread, and the fact that they're so small makes it easy for me to gobble them all up!!

It's very easy to make. You just have to add an egg and 90ml of milk in the pre-made mix and bake them balls. I always though baking (or cooking in general) was hard for beginners, but these mixture packs are really fun and easy to bake.

Good job Dong-Woo! It feels good to make something yourself.
And it always seems to taste better that way!
