R/C Chani the Robot From "Devil Girl From Mars"
I made a remote controlled version of my paper model of Chani. It's the crazy low budget robot featured in the B movie classic "Devil Girl From Mars"
I tried a little in-camera special effects with a pretty funny ending:

Inspired! The perfect blend of technology and nostalgia. I never saw "Devil Girl from Mars". I'll have to try to find it. I'm sure it'll be on Youtube. Those schlocky old sci-fi movies from the '50s and early '60s are so bad that they're good.

Thanks, everybody! I so enjoy making and sharing on this forum. Weird but I feel more like friends with people here than anywhere else.
I made some updates to the photo album, with some pics of the "final" version. I'm sure I'll be re-visiting those fake legs at some point, lol.

I appreciate the work even more after seeing the google photos. That's a lot of gubbinz inside the robot - and a heck of a lot more than was ever in the original.
