sent money order for some supplies

guys, I sent a money order on monday for some supplies, and it has been five days since it has been sent and they haven't received it yet, could it be lost?

has this happened to anyone? it was sent from MA to GA

five days is mighty short to include processing time etc

wait, what? I sent it on monday at 3:00, that means it made it for delivery that day, I'm getting worried, is five days standard?

some businesses say items will arrive in 7 to 10 Business days, so you might get it sometime next week

no no no, I sent the money order on monday and they haven't received yet, it's been five days and they still haven't received it yet, I'm worried it has been lost, therefore, my supplies won't be sent to me

I would say its too early to worry. I just received something from the east coast last week via USPS Priority mail and it took 6 days instead othe normal 3....

If it was a USPS money order you should be able to get the funds back if the money order is lost.

If you sent it to them at 3pm on a Monday it would seem likely that they should have received it by Saturday at least. Of course I can never understand the workings of the USPS. Sometimes something posted to an address in the same city takes longer to get there than something posted to the other side of the country.

Never can tell. Years ago, I got a girlfriend's postcards from Yugoslavia before I got the letter from Florida telling me she was going there. (That caused something of a stir as I was in BT at Ft.Dix at the time<G>) And packages from Ukraine often take less time than packages from Canada.
