If I'd known in time I would have baked a cake, but the only oneI know how to do well is a Schwarzwalder Kirsche Tort (Black Forest Cake). The recipe calls for about 3 oz of Kirschwasser - a 160 proof cherry brandy. I don't know if you limit yourself to just not "drinking" alcohol, or if that includes not ingesting it in any way. Since I wouldn't want it to go to waste, i'll just have to think of you while I'm enjoying an extra large serving. My b'day is coming up next month, so I'll make sure to avail myself of the opportunity soon.
