I bet that commercial model is the exact one that was available before, maybe as a beta model.

Hi Robert!

You can compare first sheet of MDK and from "Beta" (.pdo). They are quite different.

Regards,
Sergey

The plane (An-225 "Mria") is the same but the templates and models' authors are not. "Beta" is developed by one Russian guy (his name is Eugene), MDK is an independent German publishing house and as far as I know its owner is the author of the printed templates.

Good afternoon

The model was available for free download at the time of its construction in 2011 and even later, for a long time.

You should try it Internet Archive: Wayback Machine

Merzo, please don't post a link to that forum. Unfortunately, even if the author meant for that kit to be free, it is made available through a forum which hosts downloads of pirated kits which we do not allow here.

I am most interested in having a conversation with whom might have the AN-225
image files in high resolution .pdf. High resolution to the extent an enlargement to
400cm wingspan can be achieved. This for the purpose of constructing a 400cm
EDF AN-225.

This all begins with two things. #1: High Res .pdf and #2: CAD image files created
for the:

Card Stock Model.

Does anyone here have either or both?

I am not averse to paying for the original card stock model compilation in its original
form which I found to be $57.00 USD as of this morning. That is only fair to originator
of this fine model.

I desire to find the planset in a high resolution form to enable me to increase its size
to 400cm wingspan for use in designing a large EDF R/C model.

Thanking you in advance for your feedback and as ususal excellent help!
