It's 2020, 9 years into the future. I'm an aspiring paper modelist, with (weak) glue, sharp scissors, tape, wire, and scalpel. I would like a download to the "MAKS" Shuttle. I did build Zach's Paper Models Compact Shuttle, AXM Moonraker, a model of hubble, TDRS, Telstar, Tiros, Terra Bella, ISS, Tiangong, a (Handcrafted) Aurora Station, Salyut, James Webb, Galileo, Juno, Voyagers 1-2 etc.

Hi OHFTM. Zoltan - or as he was called here Merzo - was, or maybe he still is, a prolific paper model builder and designer. But he almost always worked from scratch. He designed stuff for himself and only sporadically shared his models, mostly because they were not fit for sharing. Just heaps of loose components on whichhe also unleached a lot of scratchbuilt stuff.
Unfortunately, he hasn't been around here now for quite some time. I guess his interests have shifted, or something else came along his way. Anyway, the model never was shared and I guess it never will. Sorry to disappoint you!
Luckily, there are tons of other great models to make. And maybe Alfonso (AXM) will create the MAKS one day...

Oh yes. That would be something indeed...

Now where do I have my Ukrainian phrasebook to look up "Pretty please with a cherry on top"? Would it be something along the lines of " досить, будь ласка, з вишнею зверху"? (-;

Hi,
maybe I'm wrong, but didn't Leo publish the MAKS for YG-Model?
Issue No. 99. Or was there yet another version?

Cheers
Mario

Mario, You are right. Click. The model, made by Leo is 430 UAH / €13,19 / $15,62. And it is 1/33, so not particularly small either.

This all begins with two things. #1: High Res .pdf and #2: CAD image files created

Does anyone here have either or both?

Can anyone tell me where I can get this 1:100 model - I've bought the Murphys Models variant in Ukrainian colours, but am also interested in this one.

Thanks,
Alan

I'm working on the early Soviet version as well. At the moment I'm busy being life's whipping boy, but I'll get back to it as soon as life stops throwing bricks at me.
