Cupola

Just finished the Cupola. I loved the way this turned out. I used E6000 to glue the clear plastic in as the super glue caused it to haze. I lined the inside with solar panel cut from the ATV-1 “Jules Verne” kit.

Tranquility

Completed the Tranquility module. Added an interior to compliment the windows of the Cupola. I wish I had left the end open to light the interior.

Quest Airlock

Completed the Quest airlock. Very happy with this module. A few discrepancies from watching TV and not the manual. The external pallet is almost finished but it also suffers from watching the TV and not the manual. It will attach to the airlock with small rare earth magnets.

Awesome work! The amount of detail you put on is amazing. Oh by the way, don't forget to add the doors that go over the cupola's windows!

JEM Experiment Pallet

Completed the pallet. It is a lot of small parts. I am very happy with the results. I experimented with using Q-tips for the Shuttle saddle support. I like the look. Wish I had used this technique on the other supports.

I use Q-tips a lot. I slit them lengthwise and unroll them to the needed diameter. They are great for all sorts of pipes, struts, etc.

This is my first model so I am learning a lot of techniques, tools, and the right paper.

Kibo and JEM

Completed the Kibo and JEM modules. I knew I should have walked away. It was late Friday night and I kept making mistakes but wanted to push on so I could start the Russian section of the ISS. I thought about starting over but decided against it. I will push on.
