That's more or less was the method I used for this try, Maly.
Anyway, thanks everyone for all your tips and advice. They really are appreciated a lot!

In the year of experiments for the two half-cylinders I received a positive result. In the evening lay out photos and a brief description. It was much easier than it seemed at first.

promised description.
1. Glued to detail in the usual way.
2. Additional internal pasted two sheets of paper. Each layer is necessarily a "butt" that there were no steps to obtain the same thickness of the walls around the entire circumference.
3. Inside the cylindrical parts are inserted but not glued rings for a smooth cylinder. Always on the two rings, so as not to distort the cylinder length. In the conical part of the Rings is not inserted.

Next.
All four parts are glued together. Drying during the day.
Once assembled the ship Union. The scale of about 1:100.
Detail of the scheme f4g Leo-2 replaced the wire. The paper is too soft to hold a regular disassembly and fairing. Protruding ends of the details of the c2 soaked superglue.
Then cut into three pieces assembled fairing.

It took 4 months. Items received great keep their shape. To connect the halves inside one of them stuck additional band. Otherwise, it is very difficult to combine the halves.
If an interpreter translated correctly, it should be clear.
If not - ask questions.

Do not blame the dirty assembly. It's just an experiment.

Hi VEM

This is very useful .. The two separate bonding layer provides the necessary strength.

Very good idea .. elegant

Welcome to
Merzo

Hello, Merzo.
Perhaps the translator does not properly translated. Not two, but three layers (outer and two inside).

Could you use the macro setting on your camera? That's the little flower. Or, if that's not enough, you could take the pictures from farther away.
And the writing on the picture 4416 is mirrored.

Other that that, the dirty assembly is better than most (or all) of my paper builds

The original size is 4MB or more. It very big than you can see. Ofcourse, all photo were cut and scaling. If you want, I can post all original photo at mail.

I'm sorry, I don't understand what you mean at last proposal.
