Can you just imagine what he saw and felt?

I'm so jealous!

Only thing left to do is use Yve Rossy's jetwing and then do it again!

A lot of the online buzz I'm reading misses the fact that Felix' Mach 1.24 speed was falling through something like .02 atmosphere; there wasn't enough air to get a bite into to allow controlled freefall until he stabilized at about 01:10 into the jump, and he'd been slowing for 15-20 seconds before that (the camera cut away at 00:50 so it's unclear just when). When we reacquire at 01:00, he's flat-spinning pretty good, but he had built that up quick - it was a lazy 10-12 revs a moment before; and he recovered it fast.
