This is a really good question.
The pad is more difficult than the rocket and you need a longer time to build it.
But a rocket needs a stand or display....
Her you can find a good model of the rocket with an easy display

For a base, I normally use an inexpensive ($1.00) bamboo cutting board from a U.S. retailer called Christmas Tree Shops. They look great and are easy to drill into for placing supports.

Okay, everyone needs to know itself, what he want to do.
For me it is a "stylistic incongruity"....

I have shared my Pad for others, who like to build it, and I don't understand, why it is bad.... I can also let it be....

I have built now this model:
Raumfahrt Concret - Shop | Bastelbögen
scaled to 1:96.

It's no problem to put it on the Pad, if you make any little changings by the holding part.
Otherwise you can put it on a spear....
