Lunar Roving Vehicle

In the "Golden Book of model building"

modellservice - der Kartonmodellshop - Das Goldene Buch des Kartonmodellbaus (35 versch. Modelle!)

the model of the lunar rover is included.
A fairly simple but interesting design that I've already built some time ago.
Now I have the model scaled up for my planned 1:12 diorama of the moon landings and something tuned up.
The wheels and fenders are completely redrawn, and otherwise (big antenna!) I have changed a lot.
f. e. the front and rear wheels are steered separately, the seats are foldable, the antennas and cameras movable .

Beautiful model. What type of mesh did you use on the antenna?

It's a car. On the MOON!

Great work. A real challenge with all those bits and pieces. The worlds most expensive abandoned automobile.

Thank you all.

Now I have the first driver....
a mix from paper-replika and ecardmodels...
because Ken's model was too hard to build for me in 1:12...

the second driver will follow soon..
