Oh Willem, you couldn't be more wrong. Take a look at my build of this monster about two years ago. There's so much detail and shape in this big one. Mark Cable really designs and makes meticulously detailed stuff. worth every penny.
The launch scrub had nothing to do with the weather in the end. Yes, there were some gusts of wind that put the launch on hold but the big issue became the valves of the fill and purge pipes of the three boosters. They tried to solve the problem by cycling the all the valves 5 times but the issue remained. That's why they missed their launch window. |

Aarrgh. Jealous. Why don't they launch big rockets like that over here in Dutchieland? I don't have the money to go over there to Floridaland to see rockets do rumble and crackle while they rise up into the skies.
But there will come a day that I will. |
