It really is a great into to the hobby. I hope it will bring some new faces to the forum! And I hope that they invite you to write more Les.

Hey Les,
Great article, wonderful promotion stuff for our hobby. Also good to let the big world know about it. People always keep on being amazed what we can do with just a couple of sheets of flat paper.
Would it be an idea, after the next issue of A&S is out, to share the complete text you wrote with us? I am very curious about the rest.

I went to BAM! (Books-A-Million), but the A&S displayed is still the one from September. I guess we need to wait a few more days.

It should be available also in B&N and other bookstores, hopefully by next week.

Just got my issue, and wanted to congratulate Les and Ken...Excellent article about an excellent model. Most people are not aware that this hobby even exists, and showing Ken's model illustrates many facets of card modeling (sheer beauty, historical value, interests in becoming a space-faring civilization again). I just wish Billy's name had been mentioned...Ken's design and Billy's building talent are the pinnacle of card modeling.

An article in A&S makes for a great day.

Cheers from Texas
