Pics of the J2 at 1:72 next to the F1 that I now know is closer to 1:70.

Looking good! FYI, I received the LUT and Crawler from Edu-Craft, and a couple of checks on the LUT shows it to be at 1:70 - tower decking is 6.86" square, and the vertical distance between decks is 3.43". That's a relief!

That is definitely good to know, thanks! I've got the money set aside, but I am still struggling with the decision of whether or not to commit to the full build. There's a lot of peer pressure from my work to do it, but that J2 was pretty hard at this scale.

That, and I'll need to pay for a custom display cabinet, since nothing out there seems to be large enough.

Got the EduCraft LUT and Crawler for Christmas - so I guess the build HAS to happen! I don't think my wife fully understood what she was signing up for when she bought them for me :D

I'm happy to see that the printing for the LUT and Crawler doesn't have the thick plasticky look and feel I've come to expect from laser printing. Instead it has the look and feel of a pigment-based inkjet print.

I'm a bit worried about it being shipped in a roll, but hopefully it'll flatten out by the time I get around to building it. I will be putting it between two heavy boards tonight.

Time to finish the Saturn V rescale and get it printed, and start building!
