Space ship size comparison.

I don't visit this area of PM forum much as it's not big in my scene, but the occasional SciFi item does grab my interest. I haven't noticed this one pop up though and thought it would be of interest to you spaceship fans ...

Watch how you view or copy it ... it's pretty big. Zoom right in to see the details.

Ild like something similar of sailing ships of the age of sail, showing the difference between a brig, sloop, frigate, ship of the line, etc, anybody know of one?

Dr Who stuff is bottom left, but I'm afraid Tardis doesn't make the pixel count. lol

Comparison of Space ship speeds, which I thought was fun and interesting.
You Tardis fans will be pleased.

Hmm? I've just noticed that the image in Post #1 has uploaded (via Photobucket) as a 768 x 1024 pixel image, which doesn't zoom in good enough to read the captions. (Yep, every spaceship has it's name and a note alongside it).

The original .jpg is 1280 x 1813 pixels (4.49 MB). It's available to download from here ...

Science Fiction Spaceship Size Comparison Poster by DirkLoechel | Science Fiction Models, Lost in Space, Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, Star Wars, Scale Model

But it can take a while to download.

And no, to save you searching, the Tardis isn't on there. It's outside is too small to be relevant, and the inside is too big to fit!

The original could be sent to a printshop and make a good size poster.

(I still don't see the Tardis... need to buy a new screen... a huge Apple screen maybe)
