Venera 9

Soviet spacecraft Venera 9 sent on 22 October 1975 the first pictures from the surface of the planet Venus.

Model probes there, I made it myself.

Great work! Is this your own design or one of the older Czech kits?

Hi,

that's neat model! But I have to say that it is not Venera 9, it looks more like Venera 8. The entry capsule of Venera 9 onwards is much larger compared to the rest.

It's my own authorial model.
The numbers I came out of the first photo. There is a photograph of the surface of Venus and photograph of the probe. Of course it is possible that it is a bad combination. Then it was a Venera 8. I agree.

The model is not drawn to scale.
Many years ago here in the Czech Republic, several models of space technology, which was based on a ping pong ball.
For the model I used the ball as a basis and according to him, to finish the other parts.

I can not draw models in a graphics program, everything you draw is created in Word.

Welcome to the forum! No model in the Downloads section here and a quick dash through Google revealed no free paper model out there on the not, although you might want to conduct a slower, more thorough search. Welcome aboard!
