And, is it meant to come apart or can I just glue the whole thing together for sturdiness?? Thoughts?

It would be best from the bottom of the stack and upwards - easier to get things true and straight.

Yes it all comes apart like the real SV, and when it's all connected together it stands up fine on a flat surface, or get one of the launch pad models which really do set it up nice, with a up-light in each corner

I suppose you could glue the stages together, but if you do, you may want to forego building all of the details between the stages as they would never be seen.

And you would really only end up with a tube with engines at one end - and miss all the fun building up the detail... Go for a full build IT'S FUN :D
