Wydawnictwo SKLEJ-MODEL maybe? I'm already working on Greelt's 1:48 beast (at 1:72) or I'd give these some serious consideration.

Edit: the F-1 engines seem to have some similarity with Ton's 1:96 design.

Thanks but the scale is odd for me as the smallest I do is 1/144. Does bring up a questions for Dabeer....does Greelts 1/48 scale lends well to either scaling up to 1-144 or 1-96 scale ?

I saw one at Paper-Replika, and one at The Lower Hudson Valley E-gift shop. I think this kit is good, too.

Greelt's 1:48 would be a real pain at 1:96, but might be possible for someone who enjoys building microscopically (I've considered it). 1:144 would be almost impossible. It would probably be better to start with Ton's 1:96 Saturn V.

I have Ton's 1:96 Saturn V sitting next to me.
Overall, a great build, though the stage joining required a lot of tweaking due to paper thicknesses.

I have started building the Sklej-Model Saturn V. I started with the F-1 engines.
When I get one done I will post it here. I bought the laser cut card sheet to go with the kit. The laser cut sheet has made the build simple so far.

Here is the instruction for the Saturn V, and laser cut sheets.
