This is outstanding!

A very warm kudos to you, and is an honor to have you here in the forum!

Hey, Alfonso, I bet you have to have a whole new web site to show the photos of all the models displayed around the world in museums and what not. Thank you for all your endeavors and for sharing!

Alfonso my friend you should be very proud to have so many people look upon your work and wonder how it's possible to make it all from paper. Beautiful and extremely well done model. Thank you for all the great models. wc

For those of you wondering how I chose to support this model, I include a photo of the intricate "forest" of supports. After I had taken a number of pictures I had seen a bit of sagging on a section so I had to add one more for a total of 18. The other picture is one I had taken before I donated the model. If anybody wants any specific views, I will try to post them.

What a fantastic model you have made. Must be really nice to have the link of actually having worked on the real thing, up there right now!

Also echo the congrats to the designer axm61 on a great design.

Most of the credit should belong to the designer, you Alfonso. I consider myself to be a very good technician, used to dealing with small objects, but even with a CAD program I can barely draw a straight line. I'm grateful for people like you who take what I believe to be an extreme amount of personal time to draw out a model and in your case go to extremes to provide detail that plastic models would never be able to achieve. I do try to give you credit when people see the ISS at the GLSC as many of us can't do what you have done for us. Thanks again.
