Niels Paper Models Blue Streak 1/48

I'm taking a break from the A320 Air New Zealand while I think about the wing attachment.

I upscaled Niels' Blue Streak from 1/96 to 1/48 because I want to place it next to other 1/48 models I have - and intend to build. Niels did a good job of drawing the model, so it didn't suffer much from the enlargement.

Dry fitting some sections. It's starting to take shape.

Fairings complete. Next the nose section.

I doubled the size to 1/48. It's twice as big as the original.

More progress. Nose section is completed. Just need to do the fiddly parts.

I think it's easier to work on the model if you save the engines til last. That way it stands up properly to view what you've done so far.
