Looks terrific with all the engines installed and growing upright from the launching pad.

I understand very well your feelings, Nando.
You can't imagine how many times I trashed sub-assemblies that asked me hours of work for a very stupid error done while drawing... I posted only very few of those mistakes here... The best thing to do is to stop and have a nice walk in the park... if weather permits... Your efforts were not made in vain: the second stage is really beautiful... PS... but... I notice only now: which mirror will show those more engines? |

Thanks Tonino.
About the mirror, this drawing of Rolf Klep could give some idea for another display ... for another life Best Nando

Looking at some picture of the Collier's era, I thought that i could design a landing gear for who would like to reproduce the shuttle landed.
Here some picture of the landing gear prototype on the shuttle prototype . My version will be the stack ready for the launch. Best, Nando

Nando,
The model is coming along beautifully. Don’t be discouraged when mistakes happen. This hobby of ours is trial and error. Learning from your mistakes will make you a better designer. Just take a break when you feel tired. |

Third stage
Hi guys,
Finally I completed the model, ... almost. I have to rearrange the elements, make the instructions, ... etc. A long portion of the trip. Here the picture. First the rear portion of the third stage with an engine to test the rendering and the fit. A dry fit test for the fuselage All the parts lined up ( yes the last engines, now the total is 51+34+5=90 ! ) The fuselage complete The wings The third stage completed The model completed Best, Nando PS: the overall dimensions are (near) 32 cm height 20 cm large
