Yes, building a torus is by far the hardest part. It involves a lot of dead reckoning and building in a very predictable and consistent manner.... which is hard over a dozen feet worth of glue tabs.

My next nervous moment is when I put the struts on the collars and fit those inside the warp tori. I really hope I did all that math and spacing appropriately.

I got a reasonable amount done last night. The struts are now on the center collars and linked to the warp tori.

Are the hex cut-outs to make it easier to firmly set the glue tabs or structural?
