Soyuz capsule 1:48

Hello everyone
I've been looking for a nice model of a Soyuz capsule in 1:48 for some time now. I've already tried scaling a 1: 100 model, but the result was not satisfying.
Now I would like to know if you have any idea.
Thanks for your help. Best regards

Carl Hewlett's ASTP Soyuz is in our downloads section. It is 1/32nd, but could be resized to 1/48th. Keep in mind it is a 1970s-era iteration of Soyuz (ASTP was in 1975) but perhaps you could use Alfonso's Soyuz for reference to scratchbuild the parts needed for a contemporary version.

You could also maybe resize Carl's Orbital Module and graft it onto Leo Cherkashyn's 7K-L1 Zond (which comes in 1/48th) and turn it into a good replica. You'd still be well served to use Alfonso's Soyuz as a reference for updates, though. http://www.cardmodels-r.narod.ru/html/Zond-e.htm

How dhanners wrote, in the download section of this forum you can find this Soyuz in 1:33 from the ASTP-mission. Is a very nice model, but also very difficult....

The model from Leo has not the top modul for docking to f.e. the ISS.

Another possibility is this:

I entered 'soyuz capsule, paper model' on Google Images and immediately found a large number of pictures of models at various scales, many of them freely downloadable - all referring to sites with more information.

I've attempted the Mars Center Soyuz capsule, but was stymied by the fiddly-bits. Alphonso's was much easier (and with pictures to go along with the constructions). Mars Center's instructions are in Italian, and my translations are..... iffy.

Someone here on the forums had built an Alphonso model at 1:48, can't find that particular thread though.

I scratchbuilt a Soyuz capsule in 1/25 to go with my Zil 4906 (post #20)
You could have the plans for that if you want, but it requires a lot of extra work...

Even Better than that and I wish i knew this when I was doing my Soyuz: Leo Cherkashyn has a Zond in 1/48. It just misses the orbital module to make it a full Soyuz.
