Great job on the Shuttle. I will eventually get around to building it. I am still waiting for the official replacement to the shuttle. This beauty has reserved its place in history.

Very nice - I've done an AXM at 1:200 and wondered how the D7/FG compared. Will likely do a variety of these for the rockets gardens I'm working on (one D7/FG, one MARS Center, two AXM maybe?). Makes it a bit more interesting. Currently working Soyuz models from MARS Center, the simple Landsbergen, an early Leo, and Ton. Interesting differences in approach, parts selection, and graphics.
SilverOx(ide?) - why not do the series? ARES I, ARES V, Direct (jleslie48.com), the cargo "shuttle" (AXM or jleslie), kit-bash a Delta derivative (jleslie or landsbergen), and the long shot - a revivied Buran (Leo's site). Spin a pointer in the middle and let us know which it'll be. Yogi |

Thanks chaps . All I need now is to find an ET/SRB stack to go with it .

Shuttle stacks
CDW,
Several choices for Shuttle Stacks at the Lower Hudson Valley Challenger Center (jleslie48.com real space section). AXM of course has one, and the LHVCC has 1:200 and 1:100 tank/srb sets for download. Yogi BTW, you can rig a small hook (Z - profile) on the external tank to slip under a strap added to the orbiter nose to make the orbiter removable. |

Thanks for that Yogi, I now have one from the LHV site to build . Neat idea about the hook too!
