I spent several hours in a row on this thread. There are lots of great work. There are a lot of good explanations. There are a lot of rockets that I didn’t know about. Thank you for such a pleasure.

Hey Ethan, I'm glad you're finding fun researching builds. Another fun resource for your to check out is Gunter's Space Page - Information on spaceflight, launch vehicles and satellites for a very well chronology and a bit of history on rocketry.

By the way, I changed the Salyut designs recently (inspired by PauKy in part) and will be revising all the builds. Or at least intend to (so far just did Salyut 1).

An indispensable addition to the collection: the formidable Saturn V, 110 meters high and 3038 tons at takeoff, which allowed the lunar missions from 1969.
Scissors and planes paper model with some modifications.

With the Redstone mercury to appreciate the size:

Hello and thank you.
I finally succeeded, after many failures, to build an Atlas rocket on this scale. The difficulty came from the printable chrome paper, very difficult to use and to glue without apparent burrs.

This American Atlas rocket is equipped with a second stage Agéna D (mission ATS3 of November 5, 1967, 9 experiments of navigation, weather, first color photos of the earth from a geosynchronous orbit).
