Falcon 9 Dragon Demo2

Since we're all about the rockets lately, I finished my first. Really can you believe it?! Thanks to AXM for this awesome kit of the Dragon Demo2 and Falcon 9. So many recolors - so many choices.

I did resize this to 1/144 scale to match up with some of my other distractions. I decided to add some hidden steel washers and a magnet between Dragon and its trunk and leave those parts detachable ... now, I'm wishing that I'd take the challenge and completed the 2nd stage as detachable also! Honestly, though resized was a bit complicated enough.

A quick shout out about those landing legs. Hats off to the design of those structures in paper. I had zero issues creating them! Hope you guys enjoy.

I need to do some browsing to see how you rocket guys display these though. Upright, rocket garden style is too wobbly for my timid heart. :D
