Outstanding model, Kevin! A well-deserved POTW (although it isn't showing up yet on my computer screen).

Don
I had to clear my browser - Chrome - cache to make it show. Nicely dramatic pose.

Jason - thanks for choosing the model for POTW!

And gotham, Vinalssergio155, Doug, Ruben, Michael, Rata, Whulsey, Don, Thumb Dog, Vermin King and Christian - thank you for all your comments. Really appreciated.

Thumb Dog - I did wonder if I would have to weight it. I would have weighted the tail had it touched the ground but it sticks well up into the air!

I stuffed the body and tail with toilet paper - purely so I would not crush it when I was working with it. This added quite a bit of weight surprisingly and coincidentally it balanced on its feet - just. The slightest air movement and over it goes. When building I did allow for dowels to go in the feet - you can have a look at this in the build thread if you are interested.

I put these dowels in and stuck them in the earth when I took the photos in the garden (they are in the thread as well) - it worked well as could adjust the depth to get the right posture and appearance. I will use the same method to secure it when I find someone to give it too!
