I had always thought animal subjects and cardmodel doesn't mix well. Consider me corrected.

Hi Lex, I've actually found the opposite - I've found it easier to create 'organic' shapes than perfectly 'straight' chassis rails or perfectly 'round' wheels!

While vehicle builds have stalled, I've done a couple of Johans birds and they went together very nicely. If you haven't tried them they're well worth a go.

A beautifully made model and a very well deserved picture of the month! In a way also a compliment to Johan Scherft who really is a master in creating very realistic bird models.
