Great choice for POTW, and another nice build by YuG. Unfortunately he doesn't post here as much, but I look forward to many of his build threads on the German sites.

Congrats on POTW, YuG! A very well built model of an aircraft I am very familiar with.

A short trip back in time here. Clark AB, The Philippines: Jan. 16, 1991: On the Flightline with entertainer Billy Joel. He and I climb the ladder on the left side of the aircraft and I assist him in the seat and retreat to the stairs on the right side. Billy is introduced to one of the pilots of the 3rd Tactical Fighter Squadrons and questions begin. After about 15 minutes, Billy Joel stands to climb out, turns to me and says, "Sarge...what's this tube for?" pointing to the bore sight on the instrument panel. "It's a bore sight." I reply. Billy gets out of the cockpit and our next stop is the departure end of the runway, where birds are lining up for the Pacific version of Red Flag...Cope Thunder. T'was a good day and this model brings back wonderful memories.

Thanks YuG for building it...Jason for selecting it as POTW.
